Tbh, had a fine stay during Supercars weekend. The food was DELICIOUS with a lot of alternatives. The location was comfortable, just next door to the shopping malls and buses, many shop's, and Townsville with the best management. Loved quick check-in and late check-out.

Jess was incredibly helpful and made me feel welcome. The units were cozy and spotlessly clean, which really enhanced my comfort. I particularly appreciated the spacious shower with a fantastic shower head and the convenience of having a sink in the main room for washing baby bottles. The pool area looked inviting, and the beds were super comfortable. I was also pleased to find free parking available.

Billabong Lodge Motel offers excellent value with recently refurbished rooms. the helpful staff enhances the overall experience. It's conveniently located near various shops and restaurants, as well as the Cowboys' new stadium, making it absolutely perfect. We particularly enjoyed the Chinese cuisine at the restaurant.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The pool was well maintained and clean and very welcome after travelling around the city. The staff were courteous and friendly.

The kitchenette was a little under supplied with utensils for preparing simple meals. eg there was no chopping board for preparing food on and no sharp knife for slicing. (It was a challenge preparing sandwiches to take on a picnic for this reason, but we managed all the same). It would also be very helpful if directions to the Motel were posted on the web site - for example the SUBURB (web stated Townsville ehn it is actually quite a distance from the city), and which buses to catch to get there from the city.

This hotel offered a relaxing stay during Supercars weekend, featuring a functional room with a kitchenette and friendly, helpful staff.

The Location

The kitchenette needs a hot plate. The microwave could be wall mounted and a 2 plate stove could be put in were the microwave now sits.

the room was clean and tidy, and location great.

kitchen light did not work, and suggest maybe more lighting? even though room was clean, the room look extremely dull and not inviting with the lighting that did work. Did not like louvres as windows, with just fly screen as security. Also not happy with having a room so close to noisy street, it was extremely loud for a family with young children. Left very early the next morning.
